It's natural to feel imposter syndrome when you've been promoted to a mid-level leadership position.

But just because it's natural... doesn't mean you have to live with it forever.

Join me for this interactive workshop, where you'll learn how to raise your energy as you advance your career.

What we'll cover:

01
who are the 'quietly ambitious leaders' and why they struggle with confidence in a mid-level leadership role.

Quietly Ambitious Leaders are those who become leaders to lead the teams that everyone wants to join. You're motivated knowing that your team is excited on Monday mornings and satisfied on Friday afternoons. In the workshop, you'll learn about how to navigate this "quietly ambitious" path to a promotion. You'll also learn the paradox of why being quietly ambitious makes leadership confidence more difficult.

02
The Skill To Snap Into calm confidence (Even In The Midst Of Self-Doubt)

When you're starting a new role, it can feel like everything is new (and you're failing at all of it). This is really hard for the quietly ambitious leaders, because (a) you're used to being successful and (b) you truly care about your impact.

You'll start the workshop by learning a simple tool to snap into "calm" mode, even when you're surrounded by chaos & overwhelm.

03
How To feel authentic Even If You Have Imposter Syndrome

In a new role, it can be hard to show up as your authentic self. It's natural to experience self-doubt & imposter feelings... Especially if you work in a culture that focuses on negative feedback (or even worse, no feedback at all).

In the workshop, you'll learn the Energy Leadership™ framework to motivate yourself, so you don't have to rely on external validation to keep you fueled.

*we’ll also talk about why “authentic” feels like a cringe-worthy, overused buzzword, and I’ll give you a down-to-earth way of thinking about authenticity that feels good.

04
How To Find The Courage To Fuel Your Confidence Even When You're Wayyyyy Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Courage always comes before confidence, even though we naturally want to jump right to confidence when we're out of the comfort zone.

You'll learn about the importance of being in "growth" mindset (rather than a "performance" mindset) and how to get there. You'll also learn how you can show up as your true self, even when you're new to a role.

Leave Behind Sleepless Nights Worrying About Work

If you’ve ever laid awake replaying every little mistake from the day, you’ll know what “impostor insomnia” is like. It’s when we don’t feel like we fit in, that we’re from the Island of Misfit Toys. We’re just waiting for the day when they call up to say “Oh sorry, there was a hiring mistake, we don’t know how you got this job, please come with us.”

Too often it feels like overcoming impostor thoughts means changing our personalities (maybe if I was more extroverted I’d get noticed) or sacrificing time with friends + family (just one more email and then I’m done, I promise).

With an overflowing to-do list, it’s easy to question whether we’re cut out for what we do.

So come join me in this workshop, where you’ll get the tools to wrestle those impostor thoughts to the ground. You’ll learn a different way of showing up in the most stressful situations - one that’s rooted in courage, connection, and compassion.

This workshop is for you if:

You’re a recently promoted mid-level leader.
You want to make a positive impact, be seen as leadership material and one day move into an executive position.
You're ready to stop waiting for opportunities to be given to you and instead create them for yourself.

A note from Liz, your workshop host:

Moving into a new leadership level is exciting - and also scary. I know what it’s like to be afraid to even whisper my big dreams out loud, worried that people would dismiss me, laugh at me behind my back or judge me if I failed.

This workshop takes everything I’ve learned from working with quietly ambitious professionals who have big, scary career dreams. I want to give you the encouragement to pursue those dreams. And maybe even say them out loud.

If you’re committed to making this the year that you show up for yourself, the year that you decide to live boldly in pursuit of your ambitions, it will also be the year that everyone else will sit up and take notice.

It’ll be the year that you’ll turn heads and people will start saying, “I want whatever they’re having!”

It’ll be the year that you advance your career.

I promise, this is your year.
