Liz St. Jean, MA, CPC (she/her/elle)

Liz St. Jean is a leadership development coach for senior analysts, researchers, technical specialists and other subject matter experts. Her specialty is helping experts develop their authentic influence to have a powerful presence within their organizations. 

Her vision is that everyone should feel excited, motivated and proud of the work they do. Everyone deserves to have a meaningful career making impact on the world around them. She's all about helping you feel energized, motivated and confident showing up with a powerful presence, no matter what chaos swirls around you. 

Madeline Schwarz

Madeline Schwarz is the founder of the B.U.R.S.T. Formula to communication and has helped hundreds of professionals across industries articulate their message clearly in meetings, pitches, conference talks, panels, and difficult conversations. What started as a career in window displays developed into a business about communication because as a window display designer, she learned how to get a message across in seconds.

As a book publicist, she crafted stories that grabbed attention and as a project manager, she tailored communication to appeal to different audiences. Madeline has worked with founders to Fortune 500s and when she's not dreaming up ways to make communication more fun, you can find her roaming art museums and building pillow forts with her son.

Jackie Ghedine + Mimi Bishop

Jackie Ghedine and Mimi Bishop are the co-founders of Modern Gen X Woman, a company built by Gen X women for Gen X women. They are business and career strategists who activate the professional success of high-achieving women committed to making an impact and increasing their success and wealth.

Their mission is to make Generation X the wealthiest female generation.

They co-host the podcast, Modern Gen X Woman and have been featured on Today with Hoda & Jenna, Business Insider, Entrepreneur, and are VIP Experts at Fairygodboss.

Prior to becoming launching their business, Jackie and Mimi were top executives in the publishing and media industry in New York City. 

John Neral

Jasmine Escalera, PhD

Dr. Jasmine Escalera is a certified career and life coach with proven programs that help her clients focus on gaining clarity around their careers, beating self-doubt, and building confidence. She is the founder of Jasmine Escalera Coaching and host of Her Next Career Move, a career and mindset-focused podcast for women of color.


Jasmine was voted one of the Top Job Search Experts to Follow on LinkedIn in 2021 by Jobscan and a Career Expert to Follow in 2021 by Brainz Magazine. Jasmine is also a TEDx speaker with the talk "Conquering Workplace Conformity as a Woman of Color," detailing her journey as a Latina in STEM. 

Amy Pinnell, MSW, RSW

Amy Pinnell is a Registered Social Worker, Private Practice Therapist, AND a Highly Sensitive Person. She helps Highly Sensitive Social Workers not only prevent burnout but actually thrive in the field of Social Work.


Amy's 1:1 consultations and online programs provide Highly Sensitive Social Workers and Therapists with the opportunity to create healthy workplace practices that embrace their sensitive strengths and honour their sensitive needs. She also offers holistic virtual counselling for helpers and healers struggling with codependency and burnout through her private practice, Brave Spirit Counselling. 

Jenn Turnham, BPsych, MIBWRT (Adv.)

Jenn is on a mission to educate the world about the unique, brilliant, often misunderstood, small sub-section of the population: Highly Sensitive Extrovert Women. She is determined to unite all HSP-E Women and encourage them to see that they matter, have a powerful voice that needs to be heard, and possess unique gifts that are in short supply in today’s world.

It’s time for HSP-E women everywhere to stop dimming their light, and shine them bright.

With a strong background in applied psychology, Jenn focuses on helping HSP-E women thrive in a world that currently doesn’t understand them. She does this through assisting them to own their uniqueness, and see their sensitivity as their superpower.

Patricia Young, LCSW

Patricia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Coach. She knows what it’s like to feel like an outcast, misfit, and truthteller. Learning about the trait of being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), helped Patricia rewrite her history with a deeper understanding, appreciation, and a sense of self-compassion. She created the podcast Unapologetically Sensitive to help other HSPs know that they aren’t alone, and that being an HSP has amazing gifts, and some challenges. Patricia works online globally working individually with people, and she teaches Online Courses for HSPs that focus on understanding what it means to be an HSP, self-care, self-compassion, boundaries, perfectionism, mindfulness, communication, and creating a lifestyle that honors you.

Jessica Guzik

Jess is a career coach focused on supporting ambitious women in building confidence, becoming powerful leaders, and elevating into leadership roles.  She holds a JD from Columbia, and has professional experience at companies like Walt Disney & McKinsey & Co.  Her superpowers are 1) helping women find a powerful voice that feels authentic, and 2) helping women advance professionally not by working harder but simply by having the courage to take up way more space at work.  She is also the host and creator of The Art of Speaking Up, a top 100 careers podcast.

Julia is a Career Coach + Strategist that equips ambitious corporate professionals who value the stability of the 9-5 to strategize and take action to advance their career. With over 10 years of experience in career development, teaching, and coaching, Julia has helped thousands of professionals find clarity in their career path and supported them in their career management, transition, and advancement. She also hosts a career podcast where she interviews mid-level professionals about their career path and does solo episodes teaching professionals how to take control in their career.

Julie Crenshaw is a Social Skills Coach and author of the #1 best selling book, Navigating & Avoiding Awkward Conversations.
