Feel confident speaking up for your ideas and your career so you can rise to Director level (and beyond!)
A FREE online conference to help highly sensitive professionals feel confident speaking up, sharing your ideas and promoting yourself so you can rise to Director level (and beyond!)
October 10 - 12
You love contributing to a mission that’s bigger than yourself, and you know that there has to be a way to advance your career without feeling overwhelmed, consumed by impostor syndrome or joining the Old Boys' Club.
You’re great at speaking up for others… now you want to speak up for yourself. It's time to:
Confidently communicate your needs (and boundaries) to keep from feeling overwhelmed.
Share your accomplishments with a sense of pride… instead of feeling like you’re bragging.
Have others take you seriously without feeling like you’re coming across as “abrasive” or argumentative.
Feel certain that you know what you want to advocate for by identifying your next best career step.
Get promoted to the next level and thrive on your path towards an executive role.
You can have all these things & excel in your career, without worrying about people judging you... and without having night sweats about how to do it.
The best part is that it can be simple and you don't need to feel gross or join the Old Boys' Club to get there.
12 experts over 3 days will teach you strategies to speak up, stand out and create joy in your career.
Maybe you’re tired of...
You’re done with hearing “you’re being too emotional ” or that you “take things too personally”. You’re ready to get advice from people who actually GET what it’s like to be sensitive.
You break out in hives at the thought of negotiating higher pay, the possibility of failing a job interview, and the nightmare that is having to brag about your accomplishments to get promoted.
You often struggle to get a word in edgewise. Your colleagues - who have louder voices & more dominant personalities - tend to take over meetings.
Whatever it is, it's your time to make self-advocacy feel easy.
I'm a leadership development & self-advocacy coach for mid-career professionals who dream of rising to executive level. I specialize in helping sensitive souls feel confident speaking up for themselves…. even if they work in tough, fast-paced or stressful working environments.
My vision is that everyone should feel excited, motivated and proud of the work they do. Everyone deserves to have a meaningful career making an impact on the world around them.
I’m all about helping you feel energized, motivated and confident showing up with a powerful presence, no matter what chaos swirls around you. During the summit, we're going to help you get there.
By the end of the summit, my dream is for you to feel:
* confident * energized * joyful *
* unapologetic *
Can't wait to see you there!
The Self-Advocacy Made Easy Summit will run from October 10 to 12, with a variety of pre-recorded presentations and live workshops each day.
You'll be able to enjoy the summit from the comfort of your own home. Whether it's lounging in your living room or sneaking in the videos on a hidden tab while you deal with the latest email from your micromanaging boss.
All of the learning videos are pre-recorded and will be available for 24 hours after going live. Each video is only 15-25 mins, making it easy to binge watch all the content before the time is up.
You’ll also have access to a private Facebook community to meet & mingle with the speakers and other attendees. This will be a unique gathering of highly sensitive professionals to talk specifically about rising into executive roles.
Each day will feature several live events that you can attend live. Most will be on Zoom, but as a conference of highly sensitive professionals, we'll ALL understand if you prefer to keep your camera off :)
We’ll have a super fun way to encourage everyone to stay engaged with the Summit BINGO cards where you’ll have the chance to win prizes. Fun to be had for all!
After you register, you can purchase an upgraded ticket to get extended access to the videos, written transcripts, a private podcast feed, exclusive workshops and bonuses from the speakers.
I'm dedicated to helping you get to Director-level and thriving once you arrive there. To help, you’ll hear about my Powerful Presence Society here and there throughout the event.
On the final day, one lucky (and engaged) attendee will be selected to win a full scholarship and join the group program to make career advancement EASY.
Stay tuned for details and your chance to apply!
Watching actionable presentations is great, but to see real change happen you’ll have to take action. And doing so alongside others with similar goals is powerful. That’s why we’ll have live, interactive events on 3! These sessions include:
These sessions have been designed to take what you’ll learn throughout the week and get you taking action toward feeling confident advocating for yourself and getting traction on your path to a Director position.

First, this is a conference designed for mid-level and mid-career professionals looking to get to Director level and beyond.

... for yourself, in the same way that you already do for your colleagues and your team.
... that you deserve to move into a leadership position and that you can THRIVE as a highly sensitive leader.
Confidently share your ideas, assert your opinions and get what you want.
I've gained confidence and clarity in just a couple of days! I now know what steps I need to take, and I’m determined to gain back my confidence and my direction.
This was great a great way to learn about a lot of different topics and perspectives, and to get to interact with the speakers and other participant.
This was a great learning experience! Many thanks for putting this together and allowing us to participate for free. Job well done!
Liz's thoughtful approach of the summit was refreshingly enjoyable. She's authentic, honest and open to sharing her expertise.
Each session I watched gave me information to work with and build on. I looked forward to learning everyday.
This was the first learning experience I've attended online that actually felt good to attend. Thank you for the experience.
In my opinion, this was the best online summit I've ever attended! It's been full of AHA moments.
By starting using the tips and tools the presenters have shared I feel more capable of finding balance between all my roles.
I really liked the format - shorter videos were great, since they fit into my evening better (while making/eating dinner, etc.).
It gave me a lot to think about and a bunch of ideas to help me progress.
Liz did an amazing job setting this up, I'm very happy I was participated in the full VIP experience.
The speakers were wonderful - engaging, interesting and presented the content in a very relatable way.

It sure is! There are a ton of conferences and resources for everyday job seekers. This summit was designed specifically for people who identify as highly sensitive.
By reading this far, there is something about the term 'highly sensitive' that is resonating for you ️
It may be a new term for you (I personally hadn't heard the it until recently), so if you're not 100% sure, that's totally ok, and even expected.
If you are intrigued by the theme or even just one presentation, I would highly encourage you to register - the ticket is completely free, so there's no risk!
The videos are available for 24 hours' free viewing.
However, you can also upgrade your ticket and get extended access to all videos plus other goodies with the all-access pass.
The speakers will not be given email addresses from registrations. However, most speakers will offer a free resource. This usually requires that you give them your email address, so that they know where to send it.
To avoid tech glitches, save my sanity, and keep things easy for the speakers, the presentations are pre-recorded. The live portion will be happening in the Facebook community as well as the monthly calls for the folks who pick up the upgraded ticket.
Absolutely yes! Not everyone will have time to attend or watch every session, that is totally ok. If even a single topic would help you advance your career, you can register and simply watch that one video. Tickets are absolutely free, so there is no downside to registering for a few sessions :)
All of our speakers are hand-picked. However, we're open to additional affiliates or potential speakers for the next summit.
If you're interested in affiliate details or being considered for the next event, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
