Well, hello there and welcome to this week's episode on feeling feeling confident to self-advocate.

I'm going to teach you the seven energy levels of self-advocacy.

The 7 levels is a wonderful framework to explore professional confidence and especially in the context of self promotion.

So this episode is a longer one because I do go through all the different energy levels to set up the framework.

Then on the next episode, I'm going to use the framework to talk about how to show up as ourselves when we fear being called out or being judged for being self-promotional.
